WorksheetWizard provides personalised practice worksheets for Australian primary school students. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What personal information we collect
- Account details, including a parent's name, email address, password authentication data, and subscription status.
- Child profile details, including child name, year level, worksheet history, answers, marks, and progress by topic.
- Billing details handled through Stripe, including Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information needed to run the service, such as authentication cookies, browser/device information, server logs, and IP addresses.
- Worksheet generation information, such as year level, subject, worksheet settings, and de-identified progress patterns used to create relevant questions.
How we use personal information
- To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide access to WorksheetWizard.
- To create child profiles, generate worksheets, mark answers, and show progress to the parent account.
- To manage trials, subscriptions, checkout, invoices, and billing support.
- To secure, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain the website.
- To contact users about important account, service, billing, security, or support matters.
Who we share information with
- Supabase, which provides authentication, database, and session services.
- Stripe, which provides checkout, payment, subscription, invoice, and billing portal services.
- Anthropic, which provides AI worksheet generation. We aim to send only the worksheet settings and progress context needed to generate questions, not child names.
- Service providers, professional advisers, or authorities where reasonably necessary to run the service, comply with law, prevent misuse, or protect rights and safety.
Access, correction, and complaints
- You can request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you by emailing support@worksheetwizard.com.au.
- If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first with the details. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Storage, security, and overseas disclosure
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Because our providers operate internationally, personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia.
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can contact us to ask about deletion of your account information.
