Terms of Service
These terms explain what you can expect from WorksheetWizard and what we ask of you. They cover accounts, free trials, subscriptions and billing, how our worksheets are generated, and your rights under Australian law.
Who we are
WorksheetWizard is operated by Blake Fucile, trading as WorksheetWizard (ABN 85 950 576 760), from Victoria, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean WorksheetWizard, and "you" means the account holder.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add to the service.
- Only parents and guardians hold accounts. Children do not log in and are not given accounts.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You may add child profiles up to the limit of your plan. Each profile should represent a real child in your care.
Free trial
- New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- The trial gives access to all subjects for one child.
- When the trial ends, worksheet generation stops until you choose a paid plan. Your existing worksheets and progress remain saved to your account.
- We may vary or withdraw trial offers for future signups. This does not affect a trial already in progress.
Plans, fair use, and subscriptions
- Starter: one child, Maths only, up to 4 worksheets per week.
- Explorer: one child, Maths and English, up to 8 worksheets per week.
- Family: multiple children, Maths and English, up to 16 worksheets per week shared across all children.
Worksheet limits exist so that automated generation stays sustainable for everyone. We may apply reasonable rate limits and daily generation caps to protect the service from misuse or excessive automated use.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices for future billing periods and will give you reasonable notice before a change takes effect. Price changes never apply retrospectively to a period you have already paid for.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle, depending on the plan you select.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-periods except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it or where our Refund Policy applies.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the payment and may suspend worksheet generation until billing is resolved.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window on the first payment of a new subscription. Full details, including how to request a refund and what happens to your access afterwards, are set out in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if the service is not of acceptable quality.
Referral rewards
- Each account receives a personal referral link.
- When two people you refer become paying subscribers, and you have completed your own first paid month, we apply one free month to your subscription as an account credit through Stripe.
- Referrals must be genuine. Creating duplicate, fake, or self-referred accounts to obtain credits is not permitted and may result in credits being reversed and the account being closed.
- We may change or end the referral program for future referrals. Credits already earned are not affected.
How worksheets are generated
WorksheetWizard creates practice questions that are mapped to the Victorian Curriculum F-10 Version 2.0. Questions are produced in two ways. Many questions, particularly in Maths, are generated by our own code, which calculates and checks the answer directly. Other questions are drafted with AI assistance and then checked automatically against the curriculum descriptor for alignment, difficulty, correctness, and ambiguity before they are included.
The answer key that prints with every worksheet states which method was used for each question, along with the official curriculum descriptor, a worked solution, and a common mistake to watch for.
Some tasks are marked for parent review because they call for judgement rather than a single fixed answer. These are labelled on the answer key and are not scored automatically.
We work hard on accuracy, and we verify a large and growing share of questions by direct computation. Even so, automated generation is not perfect. WorksheetWizard is a practice aid that supports a parent, not a replacement for a teacher, a tutor, or the school curriculum. We ask you to review worksheets alongside your child and to tell us if you find a question that looks wrong. We fix reported issues promptly.
Using worksheets you generate
- You may print, copy, and use the worksheets you generate for the personal educational use of the children in your own household.
- You may not resell, publish, distribute, or share generated worksheets commercially, or use them to operate a competing or tutoring service, without our written permission.
- The WorksheetWizard name, branding, website, software, curriculum mapping, and question generation systems remain our property.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to another user's account or data.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape, bulk-generate, or extract content from the service.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract our question generation systems or curriculum data.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep WorksheetWizard available and working well, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may need to suspend access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product develops. If we make a change that materially reduces what your paid plan provides, we will give you reasonable notice and you may cancel.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice by email or through the service before it takes effect. Continuing to use WorksheetWizard after that means you accept the updated terms.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those guarantees.
Where we are permitted to limit our liability, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having the service supplied again, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending your account
- You may stop using WorksheetWizard and close your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may close or suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, or where required by law.
- When an account is closed, we handle any remaining personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
